The item becomes a crystal pile
Crystallize Interlude: how to break a C6 item into crystals by grade. Dwarf bonus, craft fuel, and when melting a drop is worth it on L2 Sansara.
Crystallize interlude is how a C6 item becomes item crystals lineage 2 instead of a warehouse trophy. On L2 Sansara EXP, SP and Adena are x500; item drop stays x1. You will own junk faster than you own upgrades. This page is the melt — not the grade lecture and not the Maestro recipe list.
When to wear a grade: equipment grades. When to build: Warsmith craft. When to risk a scroll: how to enchant. Mammon still wants AA — different coin.
How to crystallize L2
How to crystallize l2 is an inventory action, not a hidden GM command. Select the piece. Crystallize. Confirm. The item is gone. Break item crystals is that confirm. Do it in town. Do it sober. Do not do it on the +16 you meant to freight.
Crystallize weapon interlude is the common search because weapons are the pieces people fear melting. Armor and jewelry melt too when the client allows it. If a slot will not crystallize, the book already said no. Do not file “broken crystalize” on a quest item.
Crystal grade Interlude and crystal count Interlude
Crystal grade interlude matches the letter on the item. D crystals from D, S from S. Mixing that up is how people melt an A and expect a miracle pile. Crystal count interlude is a table the client already uses. We will not reprint a fake one. If L2 Sansara changed counts, /info is the patch note.
No S80. No Essence crystal types. No Kamael-only melt. Interlude is C6 letters.
Dwarf crystallize bonus
Dwarf crystallize bonus is why a spoiler or warsmith alt is an economy, not a costume. Other races still melt. Dwarves melt better. That gap is why drop x1 still has a craft market: crystals are fuel, recipes are the map, Adena x500 is just the taxi.
The dwarf combat jobs are spoiler and warsmith. This page will not steal those kits. It will say: if you crystalize a lot, a dwarf alt pays for itself in freight — warehouse and freight.
When to crystallize L2 — a boring rule
When to crystallize l2: the piece is below your next grade, the warehouse is full of “maybe,” a craft job is waiting, and you are not about to enchant that exact item. Safe +4, cap +18. A +18 C-grade you out-leveled on x500 is fuel. A +4 A you will wear next week is not.
Augment and SA sit on weapons you might still want — augment, soul crystal. Melt after you are sure the roll is dead.
Craft, Mammon, and the two sinks
Warsmith recipes eat crystals. Some Mammon jobs eat crystals. Ancient Adena is the other wallet — Mammon, Ancient Adena. Do not crystalize your last A weapon to feed a craft you will not wear. Do not hoard twenty C swords “for later” on a server that finishes 80 in a long weekend.
Spoil versus drop decides whether the next recipe exists — drop vs spoil. Crystals without a recipe are a pile. A recipe without crystals is a screenshot.
PvP, chaotic, and melting too late
A chaotic corpse can take the piece you were “going to crystalize after this pull.” Warehouse first. Then farm. Karma: PvP, PK and karma. Olympiad 18:00–22:00 GMT-3 is a bad time to invent inventory science in Aden.
Siege junk after a courtyard is a keeper problem, then a melt problem. Not a courtyard problem.
What we will not publish
No exact crystal-per-item spreadsheet copied from a random private. No “best items to melt 2026” that assumes a mall. Playing is free. Donate coin exists; we do not write “zero donate.” A shop crystal pack is a sheet SKU.
Failed enchant is not crystallize. Bless rules are the enchant article plus /info.
A week of crystals on x500, written down
Night one: wear the grade you are in. Warehouse the rest. Night two: melt the D you already out-leveled — how to crystallize L2 is a confirm, not a mood. Night three: do not melt the +4 you will still wear. Night four: if a Warsmith needs fuel, crystalize the museum, not the A spear. Night five: check SA and augment before you break a weapon. Night six: a dwarf alt melts cleaner if you crystalize a lot. Night seven: if the keeper is still a museum, you are hoarding, not “investing.” x500 finished the portrait. Drop x1 did not finish the set.
Safe +4, cap +18. Crystal grade Interlude follows the letter. We still will not print a fake crystal count Interlude table. /info if this realm changed counts.
What a bad crystallize night looks like
You melt the +16 you meant to freight. You mix a fail-enchant with a chosen melt in a ticket. You crystalize the last A “for Mammon” and then cannot farm. You invent S80 crystals. You melt in a flagged field and die on the confirm.
Fix is boring. Town. Keeper first. Melt the dead grade. Keep the fight kit. Drop is still x1. The pile is fuel.
Melt the museum, keep the kit
Create the account, download Interlude, and open the keeper before you open the crystalize confirm. Rates: /info.
x500 fills the bag. x1 makes the wrong melt expensive. Grade letters still matter. The pile is fuel, not a flex.
