Found, join, academy: the clan before the castle

How to create a clan Lineage 2 on Interlude is an NPC, a name and Adena — not a Discord button. Create clan Interlude makes you leader of an empty group. Siege, hall and manor come later and live in castle siege and clans. On L2 Sansara the level rush is x500; a Lineage 2 clan does not spawn at level 8 because you hit 80 early.

How to make a clan L2: the found step

How to make a clan L2: talk to the clan NPC in town. Have the C6 book minimum (classically 10) and the Adena the NPC asks. Pick a name L2 Sansara’s rules accept. Done: you are leader. You do not need Hero. You do not need noble. You do not need to donate.

If the private changed price or level, the source is /info. This text does not invent the fee. Adena x500 pays the founding earlier; it does not pay CR.

Join a clan Lineage 2 instead of founding one

Join a clan Lineage 2 if you came for buffs, a party and a chat that is not global. An invite from someone who can invite is enough. Founding on day one makes sense if you already have people. It does not make sense if you wanted academy and the clan is still level 1.

The alias (tag) and crest are cosmetics until there are members. Interlude is not a social network. Invite carefully. Kick. Promote. A leader who vanishes for a month leaves a dead clan. Dissolve exists on the NPC, with the C6 wait, unless the sheet customized it.

Clan level Interlude and reputation

Clan level Interlude rises with clan reputation. Quests, raids, the content the book gives CR, siege if you hold a castle. We do not publish a CR-per-RB table. Drop x1 and CR are not the same coin — one is an item, the other is a clan point.

Level 5 unlocks academy. x500 does not skip that gate.

Academy is the same mechanic: clan 5+, recruit below 40, no second class. Extra EXP in that window. The dedicated page is clan academy Interlude. On x500 the recruit window closes fast: invite early or lose the bonus. Taking 2nd class closes academy — that warning also lives in class change.

Academy does not pick your third class. It shortens the road to 40. Ask before you slam the 2nd quest out of habit.

Clan skills Interlude

Clan skills Interlude are the bonuses clan level opens, plus units (Royal Guard, Knighthood) for a clan that already has people and CR. Without members the skill is decoration. Without a siege the unit has no map.

Hall stays in the siege article

Clan hall and manor are the next step for a clan that already has people. Halls are clan hall Lineage 2; the castle window is still castle siege. Warehouse of the clan is the alias chest, not .deposit. Ally and clan war are diplomacy — they do not replace a castle siege and they do not pay a hall.

Oly 18:00–22:00 GMT-3 is not a clan. Noblesse is not a clan. Cap 80 without a tag exists; siege Interlude, for a lot of people, starts when the tag appears. Safe enchant +4 on the kit that goes to a wall; +18 on the kit you accept losing there.
