SA is not enchant: crystals, stages, absorb

Soul crystal Interlude is the stone for a special ability Interlude, not the soulshot on your belt. SA weapon Interlude is the extra that stays: Focus, Haste, Acumen, Conversion, Health, Critical Stun and the rest of the C6 menu. On L2 Sansara drop is x1 — crystals and stages take time. EXP x500 does not level the stone by itself if the system wants kills with the crystal active.

Weapon SA Interlude is not a soulshot

Soulshot and spiritshot spend on every hit. SA stays. Mixing the two names is the beginner search that lands here — and should, because “soul” is a messy word. Shots you buy with Adena x500. Crystals you farm or buy at drop-x1 pace.

How to SA Interlude: absorb, then apply

How to SA Interlude has two clocks. First you absorb: the crystal sits on a weapon and levels while you kill what the system accepts (level-range mobs, sometimes RBs — the book or the private decides). That is the soul crystal stage Interlude climb. Then you apply.

C and B usually go to a Warsmith / Maestro: weapon plus crystal at stage, a fee, a possible apply fail. A and S follow the C6 raid / NPC path, not the village dwarf. Privates sometimes shorten this. The source is /info, not this paragraph. We do not invent an absorb table.

Acumen SA Interlude, Focus SA Interlude, Health SA Interlude

Acumen SA Interlude is why mages hunt the casting-speed line. Focus SA Interlude is why archers and many physicals hunt crit. Health SA Interlude is why tanks and some melee take the HP line. Red, green and blue crystals open different menus per weapon type. There is no universal “red is PvP.”

Read the crystal tooltip. Conversion, Empower, Guidance, Haste, Critical Stun exist too. Pick for the third class you actually play, not for a Discord color.

When the stage is worth applying

Apply SA on the weapon you will use at cap, siege and Oly. Do not apply on first-day D. Do not apply on a B you replace the week A drops. A high-stage crystal costs more than a safe +4 — and you can recover +4; you cannot always recover stage.

Swapping SA later (new stone / recystalize) is endgame content. Treat the first serious SA as a build decision, not a boredom click.

Apply fail is not enchant fail

Two wheels. Do not spin both in the same minute if the weapon is the only S on the account. If a fail of enchant destroys the item, the SA dies with it. If this realm only resets enchant, SA often lives — again: /info.

PvP versus farm SA

Farm SA (Haste, Acumen) pays the spot. PvP SA (Focus, Conversion, stun lines) pays the flag. On L2 Sansara the open world is PvP: a lot of people run the middle. Oly 18:00–22:00 GMT-3 wants what the stadium punishes, not what empties Ant Nest.
